What happens if my items don't sell within 90 days?

After 60 days items are reduced by 20 %. If your items don't sell you have 72 hours to reclaim them after the 90 day period. Should you choose not to reclaim or reconsign the items, we can donate or dispose of them as necessary. *We are motivated to sell your items as fast as possible!*

Can I see the items before I purchase?

Absolutely! Come and visit our store at 3400 King East in Kitchener unit 4 

If I choose to donate items can I get a tax receipt?

Cowboy Building Supplies is a for profit business and does not issue charitable donation receipts. 

What do you base your prices on?

We base our sale price at 20-50% off retail. Used / refurbished materials may be sold for less. We do our best to offer customers great value and our consignors money in their pocket!

What is your return policy?

All items are final sale. All items are sold as-is. Any damage or wear on items will be identified on the item description to the best of our ability. We test used items such as faucets and appliances to identify any issues to the best of our ability.
